It can be difficult navigating this world. We’re asked to show up in every aspect of our lives: our job needs us, our family needs us, our house needs us, our pet needs us, and everything else seems to need us, too. But most of all, we need ourselves. We need our own attention. To tend to our pain, our wounds, our stressors, emotions, and imbalances. Those that are big, small, chronic, or acute.

When we tend to ourselves, we can give and receive more fully. It is my mission to assist you in this process through the practical and natural healing modalities found within Eastern and Western medicine.

I am a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM), Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) and Herbalist. Within my scope of practice, I also educate patients on dietary therapy from both Eastern and Western perspectives.

I received my Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Daoist Traditions in Asheville, NC. During my time as an intern at Daoist Traditions College Clinic, I completed more than 860 hours of clinical practice, where I treated more than 400 patients suffering from acute and chronic issues. Additionally, throughout the four-year program, I completed classes in Western Medicine, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, Essential Oils, and Qi Gong.

The truth in medicine is that there are many ways to obtain desired results. My goal is to find the best approach that works for you.

Thank you for reading and for your interest in the medicine I love, practice, and teach.
